Rocks & Rhones

Memorial Weekend

11 - 4 pm

At Narrow Gate, in addition to enjoying our Rhone wines & blends paired with delicous food, we'll also offer:

1.  a taste of 2 different Grenache barrel samples grown in 2 different soil/rock types 

2.  a self-guided educational display of our varying rocky soil types and components used to make our Biodynamic farming preparations

3.  a winemaker 15 - 20 minute walk into the DUNAMIS Grenache vineyard (adjacent to the cellar) on the hour at 11 a.m., 1 p.m.
& 3 p.m.

Auriga: Strawberry salad with roasted rosemary garlic chicken; Wild mushroom ravioli with sage brown butter and reggiano parmesan

Holly's Hill : Savory Pancakes with Lime Butter;
Lamb Meatballs in Tomato Harissa Sauce

Miraflores: Pork tenderloin stuffed with apricots dressed with aioli ratatouille on crispy French baguette; Pissaladiere Tart

Narrow Gate: Composed salad of apple, fig, walnuts & goat cheese on organic greens; Wine and star anise braised short ribs with truffle oil Yukon gold potatoes

Sierra Vista : Chipotle BBQ Tritip on Southwest Polenta Rounds; Duck Confit on Potato Coins; Apricot Almond Rogelach
