100% Cabernet Sauvignon.  This elegant vintage of our beloved and limited release Cabernet Sauvignon has an opulent garnet color with rich aromas of dark fruits and currants. The full-bodied palate unfolds concentrated flavors of black cherry, violet, and mocha with smooth yet structured tannins.  Drink now or lay down for maturing complexity over the years. Pair it with Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil, Grilled Tenderloin and Peppercorn Sauce, or Rosemary Lamb Skewers. Aged in 100% French Oak for 18 months.  Drink now - 2030+.
