Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 100% Petite Sirah. Deep, dark purple with aromas of blueberry and plum. The textured flavors are reminiscent of blackberry, ripe plum and cacao with just a hint of black pepper on the full, moderately tannic, dry finish. Pair it with a cheese/charcuterie board, Wild Mushroom and Gouda Gratins, Grilled Lamb Loin Chops or Coq au Vin. Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak. Drink now to 2029+.
