Big flavors of black fruit and pomegranate with subtle baking spices. The wine finishes rich and full of texture. Pair with smoked meats, Moroccan Tagine, braised rabbit, roast duck, mushroom gratin and roast leg of lamb stuffed with olive tapenade. Unfined/unfiltered. 100% French oak, 20% new.
