Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 100% Roussanne (formerly named Dunamis Blanc). Shimmering gold color with aromas of ginger and white flowers. The textured mid-palate has flavors of ripe apricot and ginger and finishes full-bodied with a hint of honey. Pair it with Marinated Green Olives and Rosemary Roasted Almonds, Herb Roasted Chicken, Shrimp gratin, and Preserved lemon and tangerine Salmon in Parchment. Aged 5 months in neutral French Oak.
