100% Estate Grenache from our vineyard grown at 2700 ft. altitude. Soft aromas of pink rose, wild herbs, clove and fresh strawberries. The palate explodes with red raspberries and plums with a refined spice finish. Pair with a Grilled Panko-crusted Goat Cheese Salad, Preserved Lemon and Tangerine Salmon in Parchment, or Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Madeira Sauce. Aged 12 months in French oak.
