Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark garnet color with opulent, classic aromas of black currant and a hint of toasty oak.This is a big, full bodied wine with firm, yet soft, tannins. Rich flavors of black cherries, a hint of violet and anise, and a lingering spice finish are trademarks of this Estate biodynamic grown wine. Pair with aged Gouda, white Cheddar and Charcuterie, roasted pork tenderloin and marsala mushroom sauce, and grilled rosemary lamb skewers. Aged 18 months in 100% American Oak, 20% new.
