100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark garnet color with opulent, aromas of black currant and a hint of toasty oak. This is a big, full bodied wine with firm, yet soft, tannins. Rich flavors of black cherries, a hint of violet and anise, and a lingering spice finish are trademarks of this Estate biodynamic grown wine. Pair with grilled Rib eye, mushroom ragout on polenta, aged Vermont cheddar and charcuterie, and grilled Flatiron steak with peppercorn sauce. Aged 18 months in 100% American Oak, 20% new.
