of California. White peach and perfumed white flower aromas lead to a citrusy
lemon-lime palate and a long and vibrant finish. A fantastic summer wine to pair
with Peel and Eat Salted Shrimp with Lemon Zest Aioli, Preserved Lemon and
Tangerine Salmon, and Roasted Spicy Brussels Sprouts with Lemon and Garlic.
Aged 6 months in neutral French oak. Drink now to 2025.
